The technology used in our process is highly specializing like wise our workforce is highly trained.
PET Flakes are obtained from PET bottles and the process is as following:
The process begins with selection and clasification of raw material (PET bottles) according to their caracteristics.
PET bottles are washed for removing the label.
Especific size of flakes are gotten by crushing the PET bottles
Once crushed label residue are removed by hot washing.
A process of flotation is applied for eliminating any other impurity.
PET flakes are dried by heating.
Finally PET flakes are packed into bags
